Are Pagani Zondas Road Legal In Canada?

I saw what I'm pretty sure was a Pagani Zonda driving around Canada (it was hard to tell for sure, because it was moving quickly and a ways away), but it sounds like they're not road-legal here. What's going on?|||well, Pagani Zondas we never imported into North America. they were strictly sold in Europe and Asia. Yes, they are street legal though. ive seen videos of people driving them around the cities in italy. Personally, i thought the ferrari enzo was not street legal for quite sometime, but apparently it is. there are many cars that arent street legal. too many to count actually. the ferrari fxx, 599xx, etc. basically cars with too much horsepower have massive safety risks and arent legal. the "xx" models by ferrari are strictly for the track.
