What is it called when a car has 4 exhaust tips?

what is it called when there are 4 exhaust. i know 2 is called dual exhaust but what is it when there are 2 duals like on really high performance cars like nissan gtr, some lambos and ferraris, and pagani zonda|||It is simply a dual exhuast with four tips. The thing is that there are different types of dual exhaust. True duals come off each manifold seperately and continue that way all the way out. The other uses a cross over pipe or exchange pipe. The difference is the tone that resonates out of the vehicle. On true duals, you can hear the difference each bank of the engine is making, this is helpful when trying to diagnose a missfire. With a cross over system, all the sound is balanced out, and you get one continuos tone. Nascar uses a true dual system as well as many other motor sports. The only other time I have seen exhaust that is more than duals, is on older model A street rods, with 1 pipe per cylinder. I have research these vehicles, and they are a true dual exhaust system with a dual tip on each. Hope this helps with understanding exhaust. Take care.
