What is the speed limit in Unites states,Italy, and many other developed countries?

I'm doubt one of my friend argue with me there is a top speed of 150 KMPH even in express highway in united states, then i'm wondering how an owner of a super bikes and super cars, like Hayabusa, ninja, cbr, lamborghini, ferrari,p鈥?can run at their top speed, please clarify me,if these vehicles exceeds to top speed any problem?|||Cars cannot run at their top speed in the USA.

Speed limits vary from state to state in the USA, but the fastest you will fine is 75 mph, which equals about 120 KMPH.

On most US roads, if the police catch you going 150 KMPH, you will be fined a huge amount and possibly thrown in jail for wreckless driving.|||In Germany, there's no speed limit on the express highway...|||cars have top speeds way over the general speed limit in the usa, even a old beat up car goes a hundred when in most places you won't find a limit over 75.|||The highest possible speed on an Italian public road is currently 130 Km/h, though there are debates about bringing it to 150 on some limited exrpessway segments.

Not only supercars can't run at their top speed, but even almost every citycar.

The only way to do is on a racetrack.
