How i Unlock Bugatti veyron in Grand turismo 5 ?

I bought Maclaren F1 and Pagani Zonda R i really wanna Bugatti to my collection but i don't know how to unlock it i pass all A and B Spec but its wont come out something i miss or what? i really will buy ferrari enzo to my collection|||id say gold on all licence tests
