At what speeds does one change gears for supercars?

The Bugatti Veyron can go from 0-60 mph in 2.5 secs. Other supercars include Koenigsegg CCX, Mclaren F1, Pagani Zonda, Saleen S7 just to name a few...|||a better way judge when to change gears is to use the tachohmmeter ,and go by the rpm,s on an engine rather than the speed ometer on one ,this is how the good drivers actually choose when to change gears on a racing engine they go by the rpm,s and the sound of the engine each engine gives a certain sound to go by,and once you know this sound you can wind it up to that sound without hurting it,it takes practice to learn this ,good luck,i hope this help,s.|||its not speed its engine rpm,,6500 to 75000 for max speed|||listen to the engine when it dogs out shift.....|||The answer depends on the gear ratios for the various gears in the transmission as well as road condition! As each car is different, there is no single answer for your question.





In most cases, these supercars have manu-matic transmissions that shifts automatically or have paddel-shifters that shifts very quickly.|||it depends on what you are doing, just cruising, you short shift it and for racing you max it out in each gear :)

thanks!|||first of all choose one of these cars(from exotic , muscle, or tuner types). you should start with an specific one. try to begin with an easy area with less turns. you should drive more, the more you drive the more skillful you become.


good luck,|||One of the best things to do in a racing game is to perfect your drifting around turns so that you don't catch yourself coming to a near stop just to hit a U-turn or a 90 degree curve. Drifting is quintessential in street racing, as well as, managing your boost (nitro) so that you take advantage of it just after entering a long straight away and not wasting it on a short drive before a turn.|||easiest way to better driving is to learn to let off the gas at the right instances and brake only for limited amounts of time. the boost is only used for long straights. Drifting comes down to throttle control, the more you have the better off you are. Dont get into the habit of holding down the trigger(or button(or even pedal)) the whole time until you are just about to brake. Let off the gas before you brake and give it a second to grip the road when coming out of a turn.|||what i do all the time and it really helps, is when your racing accasionally look at the mini map to see which direction to turn and the angles.

Sure the ford GT inst made still, but its not nearly as rare or as expensive.





Lastly, i would have to say if i saw a movie that wrecked a Cadillac Sixteen i would cry. What would make a better first car?

I am going to be 16 in a few months and I took drivers ed. After just 6 hours in the car I already know I'm an excellent driver. I know I'm not going to wreck so ignore the statistics. Sooo....which of these do you think would make a better first car: Pagani Zonda F, Koenigsegg CCX, Lamborghini Murcielago, or Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano?

if you can find a ccx, definitely ccx|||You should get whatever has better mileage. And whatever has a better crash test rating. (its better to be safe than sorry)|||I am not familiar with all those cars you mentioned. I know I like the lines on the Lamborghini. Get the one that is the fastest with the best resale value. If money is not a problem get two or eventually all of them.|||You can have any car you want in fantasyland, since that is obviously where you live.|||a Delorian, you will be the only one on the block with this, and it is fully up to date with navigation and boss sound and high performance engine

I love donkervoorts, they are tied for my second favorite car company (number one is pagani, the other number two is lotus), but I never hear anyone talk about them!! Whats the best sport car ever made?

i heard that a lot of sports cars are out in this world but all of the cars i have seen they all have problems.For example the pagani zonda has very good interior and is fast but no one can buy this car.and the new ferrari.the interior is good and the shape of the car but the service is too expensive.so....which is the sport car with low tax and servicing and the most practical that doesn't waste a lot of fuel?as far i know the lotus evora for me is the perfect choice....|||Everyone has there personal choices for me it is the Nissan Skyline,it ha been a great car since 1957 and taken part in many motorsports of different types and had many wins in those.

If your really concerned about handling, a lotus elise or exige handles really well and they get good mileage, but the ride is kinda rough. If you want more comfort, maybe the bmw m6 (or m3 or m5). Why are there never ferraris in need for speed?

The need for speed games have every type of car from volts wagon to pagani zonda but no ferraris in any of the series why is that??|||Because Need for Speed probably won't pay Ferrari enough money to gain access to the rights of their vehicles. Ferrari might also not want to be associated with street racing. It's a good question.|||I am 110% certain that Need for Speed Hot Pursuit II had Ferraris. They just don't get them anymore.

ive got the game and ive almost beat darius but ive never gotten the pagani zonda f ,the koenigsegg ccx, or the shelby gt 500.can you tell me why?ive only played it on a ps2|||You can only get the Pagani by downloading the game from EA's website. The CCX is only available in the Special Edition version of the game. The Shelby is unlocked when you finish the Diamond Hills course.
